Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional
Responsibilities include timely completion of required paperwork, collaboration with agencies, parents, and advocates, and attending or designating staff for ISP meetings twice a year.
The goal is to coordinate annual Individual Service Plans (ISPs) to assess progress, ensure participation in chosen activities, and establish daily living skills training.
Direct Support Professional
In-Home Support Service Direct Support Professionals provide a range of services for Individuals with Disabilities to become more integrated in their communities by maximizing that person’s strengths, interests and abilities.
The aim is for the person to direct their own activities that create a meaningful life including contributing to the community and developing relationships.
